Montage Laguna Beach has put its own spin on the traditional Irish Coffee in honor of St. Patrick’s Day. Offering the Celtic Coffee in its newly renovated Lobby Lounge bar, the cocktail contains Meletti Amaro, Tia Maria coffee liqueur, Jameson Irish Whisky, Licor 43 and heavy cream. Served in a wine glass, the cocktail is a great pick-me-up for the Irish celebrations.
- ½ oz Meletti Amaro
- ½ oz Tia Maria coffee liqueur
- 2 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
- ½ oz Licor 43
- 2 oz heavy cream
Lucky Lahaina
Appropriately named for the local Kapalua beach, Montage Kapalua Bay is offering guests the Lucky Lahaina cocktail, consisting of Crème de Menthe, Jameson Irish Whiskey, Godiva white chocolate liquor, and a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream. Topped off with fresh mint leaves, this cocktail is the perfect drink to enjoy along the Hawaiian beaches.
- 1oz. Jameson Irish Whiskey
- 1oz. Godiva White Chocolate Liquor
- 1oz. Crème de Menthe (green)
- 1 scoop of vanilla bean ice cream
- 8 fresh mint leaves
Green Scoops

Inspired by the Irish slang for alcoholic beverages, Montage Beverly Hills constructed its Green Scoops cocktail to be served at The Garden Bar. The cocktail includes green cold press juice, Boodie’s Gin, Irish Whiskey, and agave nectar squeezed with fresh lime juice. The Green Scoop cocktail is served with one large, square ice cube and garnished with an orange edible flower and lime wedge – an ode to the Irish flag.
- 1 ½ oz Green Cold Press Juice (Cucumber, celery, parsley)
- 1 ½ oz Boodle’s Gin
- ½ oz Jameson’s Irish Whiskey
- ½ oz Agave Nectar
- Fresh Lime Juice
- Build all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a rocks glass with one big square ice cube. Garnish with an orange colored edible flower and lime wedge.
