Well inTell brings together the brightest minds in hospitality development, wellness and tourism to collaborate, share ideas and connect.
Developed out of the passion and expertise of Jennifer Hawkins (President of Hawkins International) and Adam Glickman (Principal of Parallax Hospitality), Well inTell will serve as a way to help hospitality industry leaders and business partners navigate the booming industry of wellness through curated events featuring unique and highly collaborative workshops across the U.S.
Well inTell is a group of mindful and engaged professionals focusing on the intersection of wellness, development and innovation in hospitality. Collaborators of Well inTell will have exclusive access to networking, co-learning exchanges, collaborative workshops, experiences and sampling with groundbreaking wellness brands.
Our inaugural collaboration workshop event, Building for the Future of Wellness: Partnerships & Personalization focuses on wellness experiences in hospitality development projects, and will explore ideas and themes meant to help hotels and their partners. Examples of future events and focus areas include cannabis in hospitality, the overlap of art and wellness and the future of adventure and wine tourism. These focus areas, among others, will provide curated points of view from special disciplines to assist developers, designers and hotel industry stakeholders as they navigate a future world where wellness and hospitality intersect.
“Building for the Future of Wellness: Partnerships & Personalization”
The event will consist of two “hot takes” on wellness – two 20-minute discussions in a workshop setting. The first, covering hotels’ local partnerships, packages and strategies to implement after the hotel is open and running, and the second, discussing how to build and program wellness features in for new projects beyond the typical pool, gym and spa.

What is Well inTell?
Although many organizations and associations focus on the betterment of the wellness or hotel development markets, we feel that no group truly champions the space at the intersection of wellness and hospitality specifically. We believe that a collaborative think-tank focused on the growth of this market will support business leaders to innovate, and act as a ‘rising tide that rises all ships’. The Wellness economy is a $4.2T business, with wellness tourism and other hospitality and partnership businesses being a major portion of this. Our vision is that Well inTell brings together the brightest minds in tourism, hospitality and wellness to collaborate, share ideas, connect, learn from each other and grow business.
