

We at Hawkins jump at any opportunity to pop a bottle of bubbles, and National Prosecco Day certainly is a wonderful one. We’ve put together a list of some of our favorite bubbly recipes to bring the party to your palate! Aperol Spritz
Ingredients
● 3 ounces Prosecco
● 2 ounces Aperol
● 1 ounce soda water
● Orange, sliced (for garnish)
● Ice
Instructions
1. Pour the Prosecco into a glass filled with ice.
2. Add the Aperol and an orange wheel.
3. Top with club soda.
4. Enjoy!
Lemon Berry Prosecco Sangria

Ingredients
● 1 lemon (thinly sliced)
● 2 tbsp sugar
● ¼ cup strawberries (de-stemmed & sliced)
● 1 bottle Prosecco
Instructions
1. Place the lemons in the bottom of a pitcher or punch bowl.
2. Sprinkle the sugar on top and muddle.
3. Add the sliced strawberries.
4. Muddle the strawberries into the lemons.
5. Add the Prosecco to the pitcher.
6. Fill with ice and serve!
Gin, Elderflower & Prosecco Cocktail
Ingredients
● 2 parts Gin
● 1 part Elderflower Liqueur
● Prosecco
● Lime Wedges
● Sugar (for the rim of the glass)
Instructions
1. Fill a shaker with ice and add the Gin and Elderflower Liqueur. Shake to combine.
2. Coat the rim of the martini glass in sugar.
3. Strain into the glass and top with Prosecco.
4. Squeeze a lime wedge in the drink and garnish with a lime wedge.
5. Serve immediately.

Raspberry Limoncello Prosecco
Ingredients:
● 3 cups Prosecco, chilled
● 1 cup Limoncello liqueur, chilled
● 1 cup frozen raspberries
● 6 sprigs fresh mint
Instructions:
1. In a large pitcher, whisk together Prosecco and Limoncello.
2. Serve over raspberries.
3. Garnish with mint, if desired.

Peach Prosecco Popsicles
Ingredients:
● 2 cups Prosecco
● 4 medium ripe peaches (peeled, pitted, and sliced)
● 2 Tablespoons granulated sugar or simple syrup, or to taste (optional)
Instructions:
1. Add the Prosecco, sliced peaches, and simple syrup/sugar
2. to a blender and blend until smooth.
3. Pour into popsicle sleeves or popsicle molds.
4. Freeze until solid, at least 1-2 hours.
